Akaroa – unable to swim with dolphins due to bad weather.

Christchurch – stayed at Rana’s house.
Dinner party with Rana, Kurt, Jo and Tony.

Kurt’s dog, Jas hid with fear everytime there was any kind of rumbling noise (eg sound of wheelie bins).

Witnessed the sad destruction caused by the recent earthquake in Christchurch.

Experienced the scary effects of an aftershock.
